How to get

Lucca is the heart of Tuscany and it is often chosen by tourists as a starting point to discover the nearby cities of art Pisa, Florence, Siena. The historical center is close to the railway station and the motorway, this makes it easier to enter the town. Since there are several pedestrian areas, you can visit the town easily on foot or by bicycle.

The Railway Station in Lucca is in Piazzale Ricasoli, just outside the walls which surround the historical centre, you can reach it in a few minutes on foot.
